These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GrabLoco website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by GrabLoco (“GrabLoco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

GrabLoco is based in the United States. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts and Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. GrabLoco is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

3. Description of the Services

GrabLoco provides access to location-based offers, discounts, passes, promotions, or related content (“Offers”), which may be provided by third-party merchants, venues, or partners (“Partners”).

GrabLoco is not the merchant of record unless explicitly stated. Partners are solely responsible for their Offers, including fulfillment, availability, restrictions, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments (If Applicable)

If you purchase subscriptions, passes, or paid features through the Services:

  • Prices and billing terms will be disclosed before purchase
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or app stores
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated

GrabLoco may change pricing or features at any time, subject to applicable notice requirements.

5. Partner Offers and Third-Party Transactions

Offers may include restrictions such as expiration dates, blackout periods, usage limits, or location-specific terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with Partner terms.

GrabLoco does not guarantee that any Partner will honor an Offer and is not responsible for disputes between you and a Partner.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to bypass security, scrape content, or reverse engineer the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Misrepresent your identity or create multiple accounts to evade limits
  • Upload malware or harmful code

7. User Content

If you submit content (such as reviews, messages, or uploads) (“User Content”), you represent that you have the right to do so.

You grant GrabLoco a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute User Content as necessary to operate and improve the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and technology used in the Services (excluding User Content) are owned by GrabLoco or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Data, Analytics, and Ownership

GrabLoco owns all platform-level data, analytics, aggregated insights, and de-identified data generated from operation of the Services.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND OFFERS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

GRABLOCO DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRABLOCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GRABLOCO’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • The amount you paid to GrabLoco in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or
  • FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50)

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GrabLoco and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your interaction with Partners or Offers
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

13. Termination

GrabLoco may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by law.

15. International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and GrabLoco regarding the Services.
