GrabLoco respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the GrabLoco website and apps, your account registration and profile, purchases and redemptions, support requests and communications, and analytics and cookies. It does not apply to third-party sites linked from the Services.

2.1 Information You Provide
We may collect identifiers and contact details such as name, email address, and phone number; account details such as username and password; profile information you choose to provide; communications such as messages to support; and transaction-related information such as purchase history and subscription status. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors and we generally receive only confirmation and transaction metadata, not full card numbers.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect device and technical data, log data such as IP address and pages viewed, approximate location based on IP, and performance and diagnostic data.
2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to enable core functionality, remember preferences, enhance security, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, and improve the Services; create and manage accounts; process transactions and subscriptions; provide customer support; personalize content; conduct analytics and product development; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers who help us run the Services such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. We may share limited information with Partners necessary to support redemption, verification, or fraud prevention. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. In connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, information may be shared subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
5. Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may create aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you. This data may be used for analytics, reporting, product improvement, and business operations, and is owned by GrabLoco.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this policy. You may permanently delete your account at any time within the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon confirmation, your account and all personally identifiable information will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible. We may retain certain records where required by law, but these will be anonymized. If you cannot complete deletion in the app, contact contact@grabloco.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
7. Device Permissions
The GrabLoco app may request access to the following device features: Camera — Requested solely to allow you to scan QR codes at participating venues to redeem discounts. The camera is activated only when you choose to use the QR scanner. We do not capture, store, or transmit photos or images. Camera access is not used for facial recognition or advertising. Location — Requested to show you relevant discounts and participating venues near you. We do not track or store your location in the background and do not share your precise location with vendors or third parties. You can allow approximate location only, which is sufficient for the app to function. You can manage or revoke any permission at any time through your device settings.
8. International Users and Cross-Border Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, request a copy of your information, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 10. United States Privacy Disclosures
U.S. residents may have additional rights under state privacy laws including the right to request access, correction, and deletion. California residents under CCPA/CPRA: We collect identifiers, internet activity, approximate location, and transaction information. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
11. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, GrabLoco acts as a controller of your personal information. We process information based on contract, legitimate interests, consent for certain cookies, and legal obligation. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
12. Canada
If you are in Canada, you may have rights under PIPEDA including requesting access to and correction of personal information.
13. Asia-Pacific and Other Regions
We process personal information in accordance with applicable local privacy laws, which generally include providing notice, limiting use to stated purposes, using reasonable security safeguards, and enabling access and correction where required.
14. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date and provide notice as required by law.
